Office Overview And Contact
The Office of Student Financial Services is responsible for assessing and collecting all tuition and fees for the College. The office works with students who directly pay their tuition to the College each trimester. Students are encouraged to pay their tuition and fees through Self-Serve, the College's online student portal.

Official Notice
Students are hereby officially notified that the registration and enrollment process is not complete until all tuition, fees, and other charges are paid in full in accordance with the payment deadline schedule for each trimester. Students will not be able to attend classes if they have not made full payment or made alternative arrangements. Students personally guarantee and are responsible for all obligations to the College for tuition, fees, and other charges.
A student who has an outstanding financial balance due to the College or is "on hold" for missing documents is officially given notice that the College will withhold granting degrees and issuing grades. A student may also be subject to additional collection fees, attorneys' fees, late fees, fines, or interest charges on the unpaid balance.

Student Tuition Liability And Refunds
In order to receive a refund of paid tuition and fees, all students who withdraw from all their classes must complete a Change of Enrollment Status Form at the Student Services office. Once processed, New York College of Health Professions is authorized to calculate the student's tuition liability and applicable refund for any given trimester as follows:
1. Tuition Liability During A Fifteen-Week Course

If a student cancels his or her enrollment prior to the first day of a class, a full tuition refund will be issued.

Tuition Payment Options
The following payment options are available to all enrolled students each trimester:
Pay In Full
Full tuition and fees due upon registration. No additional fees apply.
Interest-Free Payment Plan
- 50% of the balance due upon registration
- 25% due first month of classes
- 25% due second month of classes
A $50.00 installment plan fee is due with the initial 50% payment.
VA Education Benefits
Veterans Educational Benefits & Educational Assistance (G.I. Bill®)

In accordance with Title 38 US Code 3679 subsection (e), this College adopts the following additional provisions for any students using U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Post 9/11 G.I. Bill® (Ch. 33) or Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (Ch. 31) benefits, while payment to the institution is pending from the VA. This College will not:
- Prevent nor delay the student's enrollment
- Assess a late penalty fee to the student
- Require the student to secure alternative or additional funding
- Deny the student access to any resources available to other students who have satisfied their tuition and fee bills to the institution, including but not limited to access to classes, libraries, or other institutional facilities
To Qualify For This Provision
- Produce the Certificate of Eligibility by the first day of class
- Provide written request to be certified
- Provide additional information needed to properly certify the enrollment as described in other institutional policies
