SEVP-Certified For F-1 Enrollment

NYCHP is listed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Study in the States resource as an SEVP-certified school for F-1 enrollment. International admission and visa issuance are separate processes, and neither admission nor issuance of a Form I-20 guarantees visa approval.

Student Records

FERPA And Information Safeguards

NYCHP protects education records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The complete College policy explains student rights and disclosures permitted by law.

The College maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect student financial information in accordance with applicable law. Students should use authorized secure systems for billing, payment, and account information.

Policies And Requirements May Change

Students are responsible for reviewing the current Catalog, Student Handbook, enrollment materials, and applicable College policies. Program, course, tuition, fee, and scheduling changes remain subject to institutional approval, student-notice requirements, state registration, accreditation obligations, and applicable law.
