Admissions
New York College of Health Professions offers NYSED-registered degree programs in Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Acupuncture with Chinese Herbal Medicine. Students learn in an academically focused environment that brings together foundational health sciences, Eastern and Western perspectives, and supervised clinical education. Whether beginning a path in integrative health or advancing an existing health care career, applicants can explore a structured program of rigorous study, hands-on learning, and professional development.
Our teaching clinics
Treatments are performed by student practitioners under licensed faculty supervision.
Acupuncture makes living with chronic illness and pain more bearable, and it also helps with symptoms of my autism, anxiety, and depression, improving my overall quality of life. The students are all amazing, and the supervisors make sure that I feel safe and answer my questions whenever I have them.
My 9/11 injuries to my neck, back, and other areas have not gone away, but acupuncture and massage have stopped them from being a daily reminder of what I can't do. Rather, it allows me to remain mobile and mindful — to exercise, eat better, stretch more often, and listen to my body.
They have been very beneficial for me, and the massage therapists have been professional in every way. Highly recommended!
Twenty years ago, when an orthopedist wanted to perform exploratory surgery on my shoulder, I decided to try acupuncture instead. It was so successful that I have never stopped. The combination of acupuncture and massage works wonders for me, and I've never had a problem with the students, who are expertly supervised.
The students are very dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring. They are expertly supervised. I have benefited greatly from these treatments and highly recommend the clinic.
