In most cases, applicants begin with their highest completed postsecondary credential. Contact the Office of International Students before ordering a report because the required credential and report type depend on the intended program and whether transfer credit or a course waiver is requested.

Graduation does not itself create a license. Licensure is controlled by each state or jurisdiction, and requirements vary. New York applicants must satisfy the applicable NYSED education, examination, age, character, English-proficiency, and other requirements. Acupuncture requirements in other states may use NCBAHM examinations or certification; massage requirements also vary by jurisdiction. Applicants must verify the rules where they plan to practice.

Verify the current rules with the responsible authority in the location where you intend to practice.

Enter the current residential address in English or Romanized characters. An applicant who does not yet have a U.S. address may use the current overseas address, including a mainland China address. Notify the Office of International Students promptly if the address changes.

The applicant should send the exact official instruction to the Office of International Students; the College will determine what it is authorized and able to provide.
