Program Requirements
Massage Therapy · AOS
Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalency certificate with a minimum GPA of 2.0. A high school diploma or equivalency is also required to sit for the New York State Massage Therapy Examination.
Acupuncture And Herbal Medicine
Applicants need at least 60 undergraduate trimester credits with a GPA of 2.5 or higher from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education, including at least 9 credits in the biosciences.
Graduate programs require 11 prerequisite credits. These credits do not count toward the degree and are charged separately at the applicable per-credit rate.

Applicants to all programs must submit the following materials before the start of their first trimester:
- Completed application for admissions and personal essay
- Official high school and/or college transcripts
- Recent physical examination record
- Proof of immunization — two doses of the MMR vaccine, as required by the New York State Department of Health
- Meningococcal meningitis vaccination response form
